- Location is great! Close to Target, Trader Joe's, and Clement St. - Noise insulation is non-existent. You can hear exact phrases and sentences from neighbors between floors without trying too hard. - Amenities are non-existent. Elevator is an antique that barely works. You can accidentally force the elevator car to come down while the current occupant is trying to go up. Callbox system is also antiquated. - Parking exists, but they refuse to rent it to out to tenants. - Always a lot of trash on Masonic Ave. - Cleaners come in weekly (which is great!). - The kitchen hood vents back into the apartment (it does not duct to the outside of the building.)

I am an sf native born and raised for the past 34 years. Ive felt more at home here than anywhere else.

I have lived here for over 2 years. Parking is getting harder and harder to find, primarily because (1) the building doesn't offer it despite having the spaces, and (2) our block doesn't have a parking letter assigned by the SFMTA. Noise insulation is really poor, and you can hear distinct words and voices from the floors above and below, as well as from the adjacent unit. I have had water come into my unit twice from the unit above me, and when amenities are broken, they take a long time to be repaired (e.g. garage doors, elevators). The location is great.

The location is great, and resident manager has been most helpful. However, the noise insulation is terrible, and I can hear distinct words and conversations that my neighbors are having above.
