Green Tree Noe Valley

The building is old, and while management responds quickly to maintenance/repairs, they aren't done with the highest quality.

Perfect Location & Unit

We've been living in one of the recently renovated units for about a month now & absolutely love it. The location is perfect - very peaceful & walking distance to both Castro & 24th street for markets, restaurants, & anything else you need. There is the option to pay for a garage space if you have a car, but we just park in the street & haven't had any issues finding a space yet. It's a very safe, quiet & cozy neighborhood. In regard to value, this unit was at the top of our budget, but for this specific layout (spacious corner unit with lots of light) in this specific location (our favorite in the city), we're really happy with our decision. The staff is awesome & the apartment building + included amenities are well maintained. The amenities here are the basic package & trash management + there's an elevator. The packages openly sit in the entry way which is different from what I'm used to but so far hasn't been an issue.

Love the building, the location, and the management team. There is a bit of construction nearly that has gone on for many months that is decreasing the overall value.
