Location is perfect. Nicely renovated apartment with new appliances when we moved in. Rooftop is a perfect view but is grossly neglected with old rotting furniture and junk.

Great location, management is tough

Love my apartment but get noise from other units. Management is unlikely to respond unless money is involved

Great location, poor maintenance

I've lived in this building for 2 years. My unit is nice and the location is great, but the property manager does the absolute minimum to maintain the building. The stairwell is dark, noise travels through the building, and the property manager is mostly unresponsive unless contacted multiple times
