As a loyal tenant for 6 years, I've seen the best and worst parts of living at this property. The location is unbeatable. What you are up-charged for location and renovated finishes, you are neglected in common amenities such as parking, storage, bike storage, courtyard, rooftop, etc. All of these things could be provided but are not. With that being said, the maintenance team is top notch in timeliness. The corporate team/property managers are non-existent. Pick your poison - I stay for the location and location alone, although will soon be priced out of this building given the constant rental increases.

I've lived at this apartment for over 5 years now, hopefully proving my loyalty as a tenant. The location cannot be beat - and the new gate added a few years ago was a necessary addition to keep us all safe. We are a tight community and respect each other's space, but the weekends can get noisy given our younger population in the building + the building in the back. Dogs are welcome but a lot of the owners just have them pee in the alley, so always wear your shoes outside. I don't understand how parking wasn't offered given there are garages and a lot in the back which would be very useful to tenants with vehicles given the number of break ins in the city.

beautiful location, safe neighborhood, updated apartments - but thin walls lead to a lot of noise between neighbors. have been denied bike storage, community space, parking which is a bummer even after being a loyal tenant for over 4.5 years. we stay here because of the location and natural light in our apt. maintenance is always quick to respond to our requests!
