The first floor stinks of someones dog, and there is constant fur everywhere. This needs to be dealt with

Loving the lcoation and can get sketch at night. The building doesnt have parking included so you have to find parking in street

Lived here for ~8 months; this a good location. You're close to a bunch of exciting areas, with multiple bus stops near by to help you get where you need to go. There is a grocery store two blocks away, and multiple gyms within walking distance as well. Close to Polk street so there is great proximity to restaurants as well. Not ideal if you have a car. Work orders are always taken care of very quickly.

Good location, walls are thin so you can hear people in the halls and outside even if windows are closed. Close to gym and groceries, not too far from bus stops either.
