My community

I want to thank the entire for all of their help. I know they are often busy however when I have an issue with my apt they have never hesitated to fix the problem. I have the upmost respect for all of them. If you give respect you will get respect.

Love it here

I could go on about the positives here all day long. I have two complaints tho! I knew what i was getting into when moving here but that train is so loud in the middle of the night. But again i love right next to it so what can you do.

Too Strict

This place used to be great until the new chicks in the office. The last manager let us do whatever we wanted and never bothered anyone ever. She used to be friends with everyone hang out with them the only reason these new people like it here is because they don’t know yet. They pick on you for everything I’m not allowed to have guests stay here for months at a time my blinds are broken blah blah blah I am pretty sure she had broken blinds at one point even though I just saw she doesn’t now. We can’t wait to move out and go find a place that doesn’t hassle you for following the rules.

Exceptionally Well Managed

My father lives in this complex and has for years, and it is exceptionally well managed. They are always attentive and responsive to all the tenant needs. He is an older gentleman and they are very kind and work with him to get the job done (whether its getting him a parking sticker or getting his rent auto pay setup). When the toilet overflowed they had someone there is 5 minutes or even less. They fixed the problem and everything. The grounds are getting better the lady that cleans does an amazing job. They have a very nice pool area, actually two of them so it doesn't get over crowded. They have also been "cleaning up" this place and my father has been very happy about it and I feel very comfortable with the support and care that he receives from management!

Amazing Leasing Office

The lady at the leasing office there is hands down amazing!!!!! She was beyond helpful, kind and extremely patient for answering all my questions even though they had nothing available.
