Great location/Amenities

Units are spacious and the building has great amenities. If you ate a commuter the location is perfect because it close enough to walk to caltrain and a quick walk to downtown redwood city. Maitenance staff and Leasing staff ate really friendly.

Good building, with good facilities and a *great* location. All of the building staff are super friendly. The only thing that is missing is a secure bike room.

Just Moved-In

I just moved in this past weekend but so far the staff have been extremely helpful. The move itself was difficult because of the parking situation and the elevator system was not as smooth because of the need for a fob for access. The street parking is also extremely limited. The building itself is great. I would love a bit more storage in the kitchen but overall, I have had a great experience. Are there any community type events that happen in the building? Maybe an opportunity to meet neighbors, etc?

short staffed and non-working amenities but nice gym

pros: -decent location -nice gym with new equipment cons: - parts of the building are breaking down and not fixed (elevator button panels chipped, heaters + tv on rooftop not working for past 2 years, not having cups for the coffee) - been locked out from apt from faulty gate + key fob issues with no response from office over the weekends - feels very short staffed
