Overall, an excellent choice. The apartments are gated and seem to be safe and the location is very close to CVS/Vons and other stores. The apartment manager, Rene, is pretty quick to respond and is very kind. Maintenance issues are addressed swiftly if you text her. There isn't a ton of noise from other tenants.
