Clean nice housing, great parking with EV chargers. Needs more amenities like pool or community center.

I lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year. I am grateful for the flexibility when it comes to the leasing options (1 month, 6 months, 12 months). They have plenty of guest parking and the complex feels very safe at all hours. The rates are pretty expensive but to have in unit washer/dryer and lots of natural light made it worth it for me. Would love to have seen the community garden flourish, I think they could hire a professional or make it for the community to take care of which I'm sure many residents including myself would be happy to help upkeep. Lastly I think it was pretty amazing that they put on little events in the complex from paint nights to holiday porch decorating contests they found ways to bring the community together.

Please put more effort into telling us something is wrong with our autopay rent payment before charging us a $340 late fee.

Since arriving in Sept. 2022, we have had zero issues. Tasteful design, great value and friendly staff. 10/10.

Clean, safe, new apartments with great value. Spacious living areas with Limited storage so a garage is really handy. I’ve loved loving here and plan on staying for a while. Lillabeth and the rest of the staff do a great job. .

So far so good. A few bumps in the road but that will happen with a new build. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The one bed one office is good size for two people.
