Shared Room (Single Bed/Bunk): $925/month Private Room (Single Student in Bedroom): $1,750/month Private Studio Apartment: $2,300/month (requires a credit score of 650 or higher) Please note that both the shared and private rooms are dorm style, so the bathroom, living area and kitchen are shared space. The studio apartments are fully private. Security Deposit: One full month of rent plus $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Application Fee: Each application costs $35.00. If a parent or family member is contributing financially, they must be invited to apply as a co-applicant and complete the application process. In this case, the total cost for two applications will be $70.00.  Please note that once an application is approved, students are typically expected to move in within 15 days of approval. Additional Details: All units are fully furnished and come with a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, etc.) There is a laundry room on site of the property. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. We currently offer 12-month leases. Each roommate signs an individual lease, meaning everyone is responsible only for their own rent. An approved application is required before scheduling a property tour.
