Grateful gor this unit, but repairs need major work, plumbing and ceiling. Laundry room is not well kept.

The building is only maintained when there’s a problem. There’s no money reinvested into improvement projects to improve the quality of life for residents. For the location, I’d be willing to pay more rent for an improved building, but the owners don’t seem to understand that and would rather just continue collecting rent payments and let the building fall apart.

I've lived here since last year. The property manager at the time gave me the impression that the building was well cared for and that the management group was going to invest in the property. Since moving in, I've seen neglect and wear go unaddressed. There has been no improvements made whatsoever, and when significant damage was caused by weather, management was slow to respond and did nothing to make residents feel like they had a handle on the situation. I have no confidence in the management and no confidence that they are invested in caring for this property. I can't wait to move out when my lease finishes.
