I am a new resident of Larkspur Courts and needed some help with items that needed fixing and appliances that needed adjusting. Ramiro came to the apartment and in less than 30 minutes, he had fixed all the items that needed fixing. He also showed me how to program the diswasher among other things. Michelle is an amazing and exceptional professional. She is also genuine and sweet. I work long hours during the day and was having trouble finding the time to fill out the application to become a resident at Larkspur Courts. I arrived at 5pm at the leasing office and MIchelle, who had worked all day, stayed late for hours walking me thru the completion of the application. I am now a resident of Larkspur Courts. Love Larkspur Courts!

We've been here for about 2 1/2 years. Love the location of the complex, location of our apartment home, our view and the amenities. The maintenance staff is absolutely awesome and the office staff is very responsive and helpful!
