Great property, horrible maintenance
This property is in a great location with ample parking and great neighbors. The only thing that this property has bad is its maintenance/upkeep and the staff who provide that. We have been submitting maintenance requests and have received very little in the way of response. Our neighbors have also let us know that they are unhappy with the state of maintenance that their apartments are in as well. Please see this review and consider improving the quality of the apartments before asking to raise the rent on rentees.
