I lived here for a few years. I like that I have a balcony and patio. I like the townhouse setup of the place. The walls are paper thin & it always sounds like someone is coming into my home when a neighbor comes in or out. I have a neighbor who always plays the tv & music loud & it sounds like it's happening in my home as well. I've had to have some of the same repairs done multiple times which is very annoying as well. It's a decent place to live.
