It is okay but saving to buy a place of your own

The change of owners was an adjustment, however we arw in a better place now. The maintenance has declines since February (grass, and auto trash on the autside) more dog pop.

Being here since May 2023 like the managers, neighbors, gardeners, maintenance guys. apartment inside is nice, remote fan, microwave/hood, linen closet. outside storage. what I don't like is the circuit breaker low amp. cannot use microwave and air fryer at the same time or else it will jump. have a hung type window in the kitchen that is broken, request for fix and 9 month later still waiting.

God is good and I have lived here after I my husband past away 2 years the rent $ is fare but the RentCafe charges to pay online. I feel this is flat out unfare Service Fee of $61.11 for what? Also Maintanance not follow request. I have a broken window, request for replace and still waiting. last the sprinklers are running water on my brand new truck and it has already stained my truck. Not cool!
