Great cheap place
Its a great place for the price to live in! the only issue is it does not have a lot of common amanities like the gym, the pool and a sitting area

The unique design of our Atriums community does offer a quiet study lounge inside each building for residents to use 24 hours per day, but for all other amenities, since we are an on-campus community, we encourage our residents to visit the UCD Activities & Recreation areas, which are close by and located only a few steps away to access a full-sized gym, lounge, or pool. Great location
Honestly over priced but all of davis it. Yhere is not alot of amenities but great location.

Good location, but still expensive and noice
lived for > 2 years might be the best option for grad stud still expensive noice from landing scaping
