Thank you for your valuable feedback. It makes our day to know that you are enjoying your stay at Russell Park!! With this said, know that we understand your frustration with USPS packages. The delays that our residents experience with their USPS packages has to do with the fact that the US Postal Service stopped delivering packages directly to individual on-campus addresses a few years ago. To ensure that our residents don't experience a complete lapse in mail service, we developed an internal system using our own resources to make sure that our residents still receive their mail and packages. Unfortunately, this has created an extra step in the mail-delivery process, which is what has led to the 24-hour business day delay in residents receiving their mail/packages, but at least we can rest easy in knowing that residents are still able to receive their mail/packages rather than having to go to the post office to pick them up, which is far more inconvenient. We're sorry to hear about the frustrations with mail delay and do appreciate the feedback. In regard to the laundry, we are unaware of any issues related to the cards at this time. If you are experiencing a problem with using your card on our washers/dryers, please let us know! We're always happy to help troubleshoot this with you. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
