The Boulevard Apartments

Noise level has increases due to new contruction. Wish these were more family oriented. A little park would be great or swimming pool for the hot summer days. Some BBQ grills as we cant have a grill to do these things. I know home owners care more about making money but it would he nice to also care about the people who are renting your space. Erika was amazing and not sure who took over management.

I really enjoy living here. With the new construction next to us there is way too much noise and it gets really annoying. Erika was great not sure who new management is. I wish a little park or pool was built so the kids could have fun and even some BBQ grills would be rad. I know its all about making more money but it would be nice for us folks who live on the top with no yard.

Nice neighborhood. Not too noisy. Good area.

This place is ok but can be better. Needs better property management.

The Boulevard Aparetments are Luxury Living in Cloverdale. The apartments are new, clean, and well-maintained. The property is kept clean and maintained very well. Manager on site as well as office, best to contact via phone. The property and neighbors are clean, quiet, and friendly. Family friendly and respectful neighbors and neighborhood, looking out for each other. Quarter laundry facility on site. Parking for 2 vehicles and additional visitor parking, street parking. Minimal storage spaces in units for minimal living and open carport parking for 1 vehicle.

I've lived here for almost 4 years and it's a quiet, friendly complex and they take good care of us.
