Overall the location of the apartments are the best selling point. The property needs a little work. And the washer/dryer room is almost always broken

Great location in downtown carlsbad. Walking distance from the beach and carlsbad village. Building is older but still a good value. Laundry room could use some work, machines break often only 1 washer and dryer. Overall good place to live.

I like living here. Parking a little bit of an issue but everything else is fine.

Great location, pretty quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, shops, and the 5. The apartment is slightly dated but a good value for the price and location. Parking is easy and laundry on site is a plus.

This place has really been a great experience as a first time single renter with no roommates. This is my first time living completely alone and the understanding and patience of NAI that I have received is beyond words of gratitude. I feel safe, at home, comfortable, and have built a sweet community among my neighbors in this small 12 unit complex. We look out for each other, hang out, and I can’t think of a better place to call home. Thank you for all you do!

I'm happy to have a new management company. They are responsive and helpful. I do hope that with the new management the laundry room would be cleaner, locks to be changed on the laundry door so no more homeless enters in. Hopefully the gates will also be repaired to automatically shut, one doesn't have a latch.
