Great property

We love living here! Minus a few neighbors barking dogs, the noise levels are good. The only thing we would have to say is there are a few certain cars that never move, and dont get driven that take parking spots from active residents.

The only responsive department at this complex is maintenance. Very professional and very quick to respond. Getting a call back from management in the leasing office is a different story.

Allure Review

In January 2023, I will have lived here for 1 years. My experience in the earlier years was terrific. Management was accessible and responsive to the residents' needs. The pool had usuable furniture, not some Miami Beach style junk that did not match the architecture of the complex (Turquiose lounges with no arm rests). One word to describe management over the past 2 years is nonresponsive in all caps. My lease renewal took one year to complete for the year ending October 2022. On January 14, 2022 I made a mantenance request to fix a leaky faucet. After approximately 15 reminders and hearing every excuse inn the book, I gave up asking in May 2022. The faucet still leaks and we have been doing our own maintenance this entire year. To be fair, I don't think Allure has been adequately staffed since Cushman and Wakefield took over Allure. Under staffing and temporary staffing is not a receipe for a smooth running operation. Good personnel don't seem to last at Allure Camarillo.

Pretty Okay

Nice apartment. Hated the parking situation, since often if you didn't get a good spot you were stuck a block away. But never any crazy noise, felt safe in the area, and everyone in the complex is really nice.
