Review

We have lived at the property for almost 4 years. The parking gets tight. Most of the tenants are nice. The management company is not good. It's nearly impossible to get a response from an employee at Saywitz. Anytime I tried to get maintenance they either didn't show up or didn't respond. They would schedule appointments that I took off of work to be at and not show up and not even call. The onsite "management" is a non-existent. The Laundry Room and Trash areas are always a mess.
