Lived here 10 years. Nice neighborhood. Hold building, needs many repairs and upgrades, but value is in location, price, safety, and neighbors/neighborhood.

Been here for years. Rent is good, Staff is nice and attentive. Noisy by the property is by a major throughway and surrounded by college undergrads. Place is old, over 100yrs old, but decent; it's a studio apartment. Would be nice if it was kept clean outside, fix outdoor lights as it gets very dark at night, and maybe a new paint job.

Good location-close to campus, place is good, however, a remodel would be great: It's a converted 1906 home. One 1/2 of studio is SLANTED; some window frames are broken, there's little control of shower temp-runs scalding hot at times; bathtub sink water trickles out, and toilet leaks; it's noisy around the apt building- but it's expected as we're surrounded by Cal Students and Cal student-athletes.
