I've lived here for 3 months now, love it so far. No complaints. It is good for the price. Close to UC Berkeley campus which is a plus

The location of the building is amazing in terms of proximity to UC campus and bus routes. The price is on the higher end. Maintenance and cleaning of the building is irregular but for individual complaints staff response is quick and satisfactory!
