I do love the location of this apartment complex and really appreciate that parking is included! Although, the walls are so thin in this apartment complex, especially the ceilings. I wake up to my upstairs neighbors' alarms, have to listen to my upstairs neighbors' dog bark and run around, listen to my upstairs neighbors' phone calls, and hear when my upstairs neighbors' bring home women to hook up with late at night. Not very fun:(

Our apartment is relatively expensive and does not have basic amenities like lights and properly functioning toilets. This is a major issue as the price of rent does not reflect the upkeep of the apartment.
