Excellent location

I have lived here for close to six years. My apartment faces north, which is great in the summer, but growing plants is difficult with the pine trees around and little sun. Porte made it easy for me to park my 4-wheeled scooter in the parking area with electrical hook-up. This building is perfect for access to upper White Rock: Semihamoo Mall, Peace Arch Hospital, doctors, dentist, and pharmacies are close by and a number of businesses deliver like Save-On-Foods, Hillcrest Bakery, Thrifty’s and Shoppers Drug Mart along with numerous restaurants being served by Skip the Dishes
