Built from 1911 to 1912, this 5-storey brick building has 96 SRO suites. Each room has a twin bed, a small fridge, sink, and cupboards.We keep the shared bathrooms and laundry area clean every day. Our focus on a tidy, safe place to live is why our tenants stay with us for a long time. Despite it’s rich history, planning is underway to redevelop the site, targeting 20-24 months from now.
