I love this place, the amenities are so good. I just find it is never clean, the elevators are filthy and smell bad. Part of the problem are pet owners who don't clean after their pets, but I feel like they needed to sweep the common areas everyday, which is not the case. If something gets spilled, it will stay there for 3-4 days before it's cleaned. The gym always has a lot of hair on the floor...

My living experience hasnt been great. Firstly my hot water doesnt go hot enough and the managers have told me thats as hot as it gets, I’d love to get into the shower knowing itll be hot every time not luke warm!!!! Communication is not good, my emails never get responded to or acknowledged. The price is too expensive for what you get, you dont even get AC included. Doesnt feel like luxury living to me only luxury pricing. The area is great, parking and the tickets given out are crazy dumb $80?!?! The pho place and the noise it gives off is not pleasent and they smoke right outside their door, super gross. If this place was $200 cheaper I’d say its great for the price. Its lacking in the “luxury” aspect. Feels neglected. Other places around have better offers and amenities as well as cheaper than here. I love the pet friendly part but people need to pick up their poop and follow the rules of leashing. Sorry if this review isnt what you wanted but its my experiance living here.
