so much dog poo on the sidewalks due to zero grass for animals. building managers are slow to respond if they even do respond. rent is overpriced and increases every year even though units next to me are being rented for cheaper. there was a dead rat in underground parking for weeks and i had to say something for it to be cleaned up

Was nice until whoever moved into the unit above us. Continuous stomping all day everyday and into the evening. Early morning aswell about 7am.

The Front doors have not locked properly for two (2) years, making the reception area insecure. This is getting to the point of being a breach of contract...

We pay a lot for not a lot. Management is hard to reach. There was a dead mouse in the parkade for months
