First year was tough, but has got progresdively better as time has gone on. We atr very happy herd now!

My mom loves her apartment. But the cleaning has gone downhill since she moved in. The rent increases don't help either especially when you are a senior.

The price is high for what you get. Realistically, you can get a palce in downtown for the same price.

Upper floors are noisy and smoke on their balconies. Dropping debris and cigarette butts on my patio. I have to clean it every morning when i try to enjoy my breakfast outside. Dont recall reading about that in the brochure.
