We have only lived here a month, but by far this is the nicest place we have ever lived. neighbours are so friendly. It is convenient to almost all our shopping needs right in the same plaza, and the management is amazing. From the day we did our virtual walk-through, it has been an amazing experience through and through. If you are done with the crappy apartment buildings in Langford run by poor management, you have to come check out Colwood Corners. You will be pleasantly surprised. I know we sure have been. FYI - All walkthroughs are documented with photos and uploaded to your rent cafe almost immediately. The understand what landlord and tenancy rules are and follow them. The first I have seen I think ever! Oh and for the complaints I have seen they charge for sewer and parking, yes they charge for parking like most do, and they do charge for sewer and water, but you get your own hot water heater. Yes you heard that right, and fair enough. Why wouldn't you have to pay extra for that but you are told that from the outset. And when you are in P2 for underground parking it is so worth the $100 for parking. Your vehicle is safe and secure and you never have to worry. We are very happy. Thank you Onni Management. You have restored our hope there are still good companies out there after all who care about their residents.

This is an amazing place to live because everything is close to me, we have a lot of restaurants, paharmacy, banks and super close to Royal Roads University. Near to Downtown Victoria and the weather is impressive
