good size untis

-the staff is no friendly or helpful and cannot clearly answer questions -using the bbqs is unclear on when you are allowed to use it (people can rent it but there is no way to find out unless you ask the staff and you cant get an answer after 5 pm, if they even see your message before that -next door neighbor plays many instruments -unwilling to keep up maintenance of appliances (ex. denied requests for proper cleaning or washing machine)

The staff is very unhelpful and one of them very rude (example, we asked about guest parking and one of the staff would ot help other than "check your email" and it took us a wile to find a email about parking, at the bttom of an email with nothing about it in the subject line) (I was locked out and Tammy was SO nice and checked my ID, did her admin and let me in. When I asked if there was any chance there is a key I can borrow for a couple hours before my roommate bring my key back I was rudely met with "I'm busy with other things" by another staff in the office I had not met before), instead of a simple "sorry we dont have that available", Tammy is the best!!! The amenties are not maintained well (elevator always broken, cable machine in gym broken for months, unclear rules for social room and BBQ area).
