I've been living here for almost 9 years. The meeting room on the 3rd floor has a shared wall with my apartment. From time to time during summer people like to put loud music and use instruments. The room is too small and close to me and other units for this kind of activities. It is ideal for small gatherings though.

Lived here 18 months. The apartment, building, and neighbours are fine. No pets results in almost no noise from neighbours. Some loud noise being located beside a hospital. Good location- not too busy or too sketchy.

No amenities, parcels and food gets stolen, rent is too high, small dishwashers, no lights, no storage

Not here long enough to know. Suites were filthy with construction mess & no clean windows, floors or coyntertops.

Building maintenance is really graat at keeping everything nice and clean & fixed up. The staff are amazing, they make the building truly!
