Lived here 18 months. The apartment, building, and neighbours are fine. No pets results in almost no noise from neighbours. Some loud noise being located beside a hospital. Good location- not too busy or too sketchy.

No amenities, parcels and food gets stolen, rent is too high, small dishwashers, no lights, no storage

Not here long enough to know. Suites were filthy with construction mess & no clean windows, floors or coyntertops.

Building maintenance is really graat at keeping everything nice and clean & fixed up. The staff are amazing, they make the building truly!

The amenities are not there so the rent makes no sense. All my friends are paying less than me or as much as me with twice the amenities. There is no light in any bedrooms or locks. Very avergae. Make up for the cost if you can’t provide other resourced
