The Stardust at 1420 West 11th Avenue is a beautifully maintained building with very little noise carryover between units and a great building management team. In my two years living here, I have experienced almost no issues and, when I did, the super was very quick to respond. I always feel informed about what's going on in the building and if there's about to be a service disruption or big cleaning effort.

Generally well maintained The shared areas could be cleaned more frequently. The laundry room, washing machines, stairwells and hallways are not cleaned very often and its starting to show in a bad way. Given how rental prices are coming down significantly, I’d expect higher standard for maintaining a clean property to reflect the monthly rent increase. Additionally, the garage door was damaged and was removed a couple weeks ago. I would have expected it to be replaced by now.
