You guys should look into the fob and gate entry systems to the parking lot. So many times it doesn't work until you press the button 10 times and have to reverse and drive forward again. Also the need to press an exit button to enter the parking lot from the lobby is just an absurd design and should just be replaced with knobs that open one way like every other building in Vancouver. All the entry systems are so laggy and should be updated at some point honestly. Also the laundry room being open till only 10 is an inconvenience sometimes and should be 24/7. Other than that the new carpets and paint looks good.
