Washer/Dryer bad shape, but manager repaired it. Lots of road noise Floor board gaps, reported but nothing was done Some baseboard water damage in the bathroom. Some main entrance door closing issues: Found out there was previous to the frame done by previous tenant. This has been repaired. Storage lockers broken into recently. Rent is higher than average for 2 bedroom 2 bath with less than 1000 sq feet.

When i first moved in there was parking and storage incentives, but after tnat those all went away despite being a long term tenant here in good standing. Lots of people moving in/out, current tenants finding places with parking and storage included….which is something The Evan should be looking at.

Lived here for almost 4 years, this building has gone through 4 different building managers. The most recent building manager is incredibly lazy and doesn't do anything unless there is an explicit emergency.

I lived in the Evan for a few years and loved the location, the apartment and amenities. It was tough that there were so many managers, and the one named Joanne was the best. The latest one Kevin could work on his customer care, he is far too brusk. Also, he doesn't always show up when repairs are needed, sometimes for weeks.

I lived at my unit for 2 years and never have been late on rent until you changed the pay system and your website didn't pull the rent from my bank account on time and for two months you charged me extra because of it. Clearly an unfair approach. During these 2 years I had to repeatedly ask for repairs when something came up to get something done. And I think we're at our 4th building manager change during 2 years, which indicates there's something not working quite right in your company. You're not just a building management company, you are also service providers to your tenants. I think it might be worth it to take a second look at your company culture and the behaviors you are promoting at top levels that translates into poor service for your tenants at the bottom.
