It has been a pleasure! Management personnel have been helpful, caring and responsive which we greatly appreciate. I need to know how to report maintenance and repair needs for our unit. Is there a section of this site to do that?

This is a wonderful place to live. However there should be more staff to cater to the residential units and not just the hotel. We need better maintenance. Toilets should be replaced to more modern ones with bidets. There should be a work around to cooking without the fire alarm going off when frying. The door handles and lock systems are also old and should be updated. We have been having issues with the balcony and front door locks. No one ever came to check on the lighting fixtures - hence we have not had light in the shower for two years (since we moved in.) For some reason no one vacuums the hallways anymore. The ref filters should be replaced, the garburators are always breaking. It would also be useful if each unit had a door. You can't hear when someone knocks!

Concern aboout regular maintenance. In particular the hot water tanks. These are now 13 years old. They typically have a life of approx. 10 years. One has already failed causing great damage to several suites to the point where several tenants needed to relocate. If all hot water tanks were to be repaclaced it woul save Onni money in the long run and provide tenants with security of their belongings and security of a home.
