All the concrete in the lower structure provides a sense of solidity and security. Visitor parking is either expensive or often scarce and restricted. Great waterfront location away from the big city. Lots of walkable nearby resources for daily living. Great view. Can leave windows open much of the time with no serious noise ingress. The Village gets crowded with tourists on sunny weekends, which has its pros and cons. Overall, I like it very much. The breezy waterfront location seems to eliminate any urgent necessity for air conditioning. Renting seems a viable alternative to strata life.

Building feels solid, not too old, the location is excellent on Steveston waterfront, away from 4-lane traffic. I feel I'd like to stay here forever, but at my age that probably won't be long :-( Parking for visitors is either expensive or scarce.
