My honest review after 4 yrs. 2022: The architecture of the building and interior design stood out! This is a rare find. Management is very responsive and professional, apartments are well built, all appliances are the best u can find, and most of all, the social room and its playground is magnificent. 2026: Sad that the management has changed to worse. I left this place. Id recommend other new residences. Most, including me, in this building does NOT like the current management. Advice: Move Out inspections by this management by C. are brutally costly and expensive. I deeply cleaned the whole suite and i was charged $100 for 3-4 safety door locks for my kids, another $100 for kids pencil scribbles on their slide doors, and $250 for not moving a desk, chair and a mattress. 40% of the total security deposit! No appreciation for effort or money. I would leave the whole suite like a garbage and not care about the deposit, because they will charge you $100+ per any freaking thing. Not worth the cleaning cost, effort or talks.

I've been living at Inlet Glen for 5 months now and it's been great. I was apprehensive about moving out of Downtown mainly due to needing to commit to buying a car but the benefits drastically outweigh the added responsibilities of becoming a car owner once again! The unit is roadside and is generally quiet (far quieter than the chaos of downtown Vancouver!) aside from the occasional loud motorcycle on sunny afternoons. It's a 5 minute walk to the skytrain station and only 1 stop on the Millennium line from Moody centre to catch the West Coast Express. Lots of greenery in the area and rocky point with the breweries is great to have on your doorstep. The unit itself was immaculate which makes a huge difference to the private rentals i've viewed whereby landlords will do anything to avoid spending any money on upkeep. Before we move din the unit was given a fresh coat of paint throughout and everything seemed almost brand new. The balcony is spacious and gets great sun coverage but is also very private thanks to the trees. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We did have a very brief period when we first moved in with a neighbouring unit playing music and watching movies on loud volume with a subwoofer. Building management took swift action and the problem is no more. The only downside is that Myself and My Partner both need a car but only 1 parking spot was offered. Overall moving to Inlet Glen was definitely the right decision and we're really happy with our space.

This is a very friendly place to live. The staff are awesome and the other residents are friendly. We have only had good experiences with the people. The walls are also great and we never hear other residents next to, above, or below us. The location next to Suterbrook and Newport and the Inlet Skytrian is perfect. The downside is the train, which is very loud. It makes being on the balcony uncomfortable as well.
