Overall, my experience has been mixed. There are things this community does well, but there are also ongoing issues that make it difficult to justify the cost of living here. Parking Parking is inconsistent and unfairly distributed. Some residents have enough space to fully open their car doors or even double park, while others have to decide which side of their vehicle they’ll be able to access. It doesn’t feel like the parking layout is managed fairly. Amenities The amenities have potential but aren’t consistently maintained. The game room often has broken or incomplete equipment, such as missing shuffleboard sand and broken foosball pieces, which makes it difficult to enjoy. The gym also has limited hours, making it inaccessible for many residents who work outside a typical daytime schedule. Maintenance Maintenance requests submitted through the resident portal are typically addressed quickly, and I appreciate that responsiveness. My only concern is that during a routine repair, multiple people—including office staff—entered my apartment. It felt unnecessarily invasive when only maintenance personnel were needed. Staff The staff are generally welcoming and pleasant. However, communication could be more professional. Residents shouldn’t be hearing about internal office problems or management barriers as explanations for unresolved issues. Accountability is important, and too often it feels like responsibility is shifted rather than problems being addressed. Value The value simply isn’t there. It often feels like residents are nickel-and-dimed while paying similar rent but receiving different experiences than their neighbors. For example, charging new tenants for replacement keys because management didn’t recover keys from previous tenants shouldn’t become the resident’s financial responsibility.

Good place to live, quiet and with everything you need close to the building

The property managers really need a lot more training. The wait time for repairs, considering the price of the monthly rent, is beyond ridiculous. The parking fees is also outrageous and it just goes to show how much this company loves to make money. Also, there are some many big dogs for an apartment building of this size. It can be fairly problematic.

Goid overall. Need faster matinence as well as things such as screen doors.
