Good job administration, nice and quiet place

Good place to live, quiet and with everything you need close to the building

The property managers really need a lot more training. The wait time for repairs, considering the price of the monthly rent, is beyond ridiculous. The parking fees is also outrageous and it just goes to show how much this company loves to make money. Also, there are some many big dogs for an apartment building of this size. It can be fairly problematic.

Goid overall. Need faster matinence as well as things such as screen doors.

I saw a rat a few times in the parkade. Im not sure why the rat traps were removed but they should be brought back immediately. People keep letting their dogs pee in the halls and stairways and not cleaning it. The garbage room is so infuriating as people keep being lazy and not following the rules. And there seems to be no accountability for it. Natasa is amazing though. She is very friendly and helpful

The apartment could use a much better cleaning and gsrbage pickup service.
