Happy with building and michelle the new property manager is very helpful and amazing

The carpets are covered in dog urine and other messes and have NEVER been shampooed. The management company (other than the new building manager) is INCREDIBLY rude, condescending and unhelpful. Things like door handles and elevator buttons are never ever cleaned. The lobby is often out of poop bags and the green space (that reaks of urine) is covered in dog poop all year long.

We have lived here almost two years and love it. Would really enjoy a gathering area, even if it is seasonal. Enjoy the family/pet friendly atmosphere. The new garbage handling is excellent.

Top floor has great views, quiet residents but a lot of dogs in the building. In building storage and workout room. Takes forever (6 months and counting) for mainentance.
