We've been there a month. The location is great. The apartment is new and modern. We get a lot of noise from the street on our patio but the neighbours are friendly and quiet. I'm not a fan of having to do things through rentcafe. High fees on paying rent and I setup auto pay which doesn't seem to be working. I feel like it would be better managed through the company instead of using this website.
