They made it stress free and simple to find the perfect place. i had difficulty trying to find a home as i am moving from a different city. They made is very easy. Also super friendly.

You can leave a Lululemon package outside your door for five days and nobody will touch it. I’ve watched it with my own eyes. I’ve been on vacation and nobody touches my stuff when I come back. It’s still outside my door waiting for me. The building is well kept the properties well kept everything here safe In a three years, I’ve been here there’s some friendly people too.

Great place to live, central location, building and grounds are maintained beautifully. Staff respond professionally and quickly, maintenance team always available and incredibly helpfull. Nice quiet place to live.

The on-site staff are hardworking, attentive, and genuinely care about the building and residents. It’s clear they’ve repeatedly advocated for necessary repairs. Unfortunately, Realstar Properties, the corporate property manager, has been slow or unwilling to act. Several core pieces of gym equipment have been broken or unusable for over a year. This is unacceptable, especially considering the above-average rent, which includes access to well-maintained amenities. Under Section 32 of the BC Residential Tenancy Act, landlords must maintain residential property — including common areas — in a condition that’s safe, suitable, and consistent with what tenants are paying for. Further, Policy Guideline 1 from the Residential Tenancy Branch states that landlords are responsible for upkeep of all common facilities included in the rental agreement, whether explicitly stated or implied through advertising. By neglecting these repairs, Realstar Properties may be failing to meet their legal obligations, and tenants are left paying premium rent for amenities they can’t use. The live-in managers have done what they can — it’s time for corporate to step up and meet their responsibilities.

The rent is expensive and they increase it by the maximum allowable each year. While the maintenance staff are amazing, I have only had bad experiences with the management. Not great value and zero community whatsoever.
