It would be great if common areas are used responsibly. Some residents use more than one laundry machine and also come late leaving the next user keep waiting. It is okay to use any machine as long as no one is using it but coming on time and freeing it should be encouraged.

I was evicted for something beyond my control even though i could guarantee the situation would never occur ever again because I would never have company in my home that I did not trust 100% unfortunately now I am homeless due to a situation that I did not partake in but unfortunately was naive and who I let into my home and that was my mistake but only that I would never cause harm to anybody else and I would never steal from anybody that is not a part of my values or my integrity and due to moving to a new area I was involved with people that I did not know where untrustworthy since that situation I have obviously cut ties with those people but like I said I am now homeless with major health conditions.

I'm happy with the location. It's within walking distance to shopping and services. The building is quiet and well maintained. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the management is friendly and are prompt with answering requests. It's a good place

I've been living here since 2020, one of the first wave of tenants. The housing managment is exceedingly patient, kind, and eager to provide assistance or information. I've had almost zero issues with my unit, as they provide year-round care and maintence. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay here.
