Common areas always kept clean. Cleaning staff does good job. Realstar should make it mandatory for all contractors to use environmentally friendly equipment. Current landscape company is a major polluter and FAR TOO NOISY for up to 8 hours. Good location and quiet nights.

A park is nearby which is fun in summer and when you have pets - they allow pets which is fantastic and a rare find with building apartments nowadays. Leigh Ann is helpful - all the staff really! I wish there was in suite laundry but there is a laundry room in each building. My husband and i have been here 4 years and overall its a great place to live.

My husband and I have lived here 4 years now and have upgraded suites from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. All the buildings are well kept and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Leigh- Ann is extremely helpful. Its such a prime location - walking distance to many convenient stores, restaurants and grocery store. It gets even better - they are one of the rare pet friendly apartment buildings. Lots of nice neighbors too!

Temporary location

Manager doesn’t have a lof of respect for peoples mornings. There is always something load going on early in the mornings including weekends. She also can be very rude.
