We are very happy living here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Oscar and his team do an amazing job — we truly appreciate their support and responsiveness. That said, we do see some opportunities for improvement in certain areas of the building itself. Additional amenities such as bike parking or a trash can near the main entrance would noticeably improve day-to-day convenience, especially for a very pet-friendly property. Along those lines (though less critical), a dog-washing station would honestly be a dream addition. From a building design perspective (I’m an architect myself), there are a few layout details that slightly affect livability. For example, the placement of some light controls on far walls makes everyday use less intuitive, and the positioning of the main entrance door could have been optimized to improve suite access. Additionally, while our suite features a large patio, it does not include a water faucet — something that townhouses and ground-floor units do have — which would have been a great functional add-on. Overall, we genuinely love living here and are very grateful to the management team. Like anything, there’s always room for improvement, and we share this feedback in that spirit. Happy New Year!
