My main complaints are: 1. Dedicate some budget to upgrade the gym. Adding a squat/deadlift/bench three in one rack would fit space wise and not be expensive. 2. There has been construction, noise for 2+ years now all around the building. At some point not increasing rent for residents should be a consideration as this affects daily living. I understand the perspective that these buildings cost millions and the company needs to earn back what is spent. However, continued increases in rent only drive people to move out and find other places to live offering similar ammenities and for better value. Given the buildings high turnover rate you would figure this would be a valid consideration for resident retention. 3. The garage door still does not fuction properly in the dark, dusk or low light conditions even after the maintence company was here recently. 4. Consider posting monthly events, move in/out dates and other events on a weekly or monthly poster in the elevator/lobby so people have more time to plan accordingly.
