The property is not too bad and was really nice in it's day, but it has not been well taken care of. There appears to be little vetting as to the residents here. Clearly, some of the housing is supplemented somehow but no one told us that before we moved in. Had we known more about the neighbors living here would have been honest and forthcoming. Although the manager is literally doing her best, it can take weeks to get anything fixed, and the maintenance guy is good. To decide again, I would have decided against this place if i had had all of the facts.
