Nice place and location but fair in cooperation and poor in maintenance And old appliances. The manager doesn’t listen to the residents and we can’t meet him to discuss some critical issues.

I really enjoy living here. The apartments are modern, people are friendly, and the location is right where I want to be. Unfortunately, management and maintenance are getting to be an issue. This year, management raised the rent way above market rates and drove many people out - it is nearly unaffordable. The office hours are very limited - they are only open when people are at work, so it is rarely possible to pickup packages or interact with them. Maintenance practices are questionable at best. I've had a maintenance person overlook a fire hazard and attempt to cover up the smoke smell by spraying sunscreen in my apartment (thanks, I really needed my couch coated in zinc!) I've asked them to re-caulk my shower/tub, but they just keep layering more on top of the surface mold and never really fix the issue, they schedule maintenance and then don't show up on schedule, which makes securing pets in the apartment difficult. I know that they have a big job here, but I feel like they could try harder. I also witnessed them drop an old air conditioning unit off of a 2nd story roof. Our security gates rarely work. I have had several good interactions with the office staff - they were very easy to work with when I was considering moving into a larger apartment. Overall, I'd give this place 3-stars. I think it could be a 5-star place to live with some adjustments in the way that the place is managed and maintained.

The amenities should be replaced by newer ones. For example dryer wears our clothes it is too old. And we need to contact with stuff easier.
