Top negligent property

If you’re looking for the most negligent property in town come to the hilands! Where their gate is open 24/7, (gated community is a loose term) and the office tells you it has NO sensors AFTER their gate totals your car! You can expect for them to ask you in the office what you’d like to be compensated but then never heard from again! Oh and if you’re curious about their insurance, it’s the amazing company broadspire with 1 star. Welcome home! Oh and make sure they give you sure they assign you a gate code and key card BEFORE the gate smashes your car, not just a general entry code leading you to believe that’s your assigned code. Great management at hilands! Photos on their google review.
