Why Renters Love It Here
Okay
It is an okay place but not worth the high rent considering the insect issue is out of control, tenants are responsible for paying the water usage of their neighbors, just to name a few.
Long time resident
I have been here over six years now and have had close to zero issues. Great value, beautiful property

Maintenance is slow, communication is lacking, and some of the office staff is rude.

Great, safe place to live. Homes are well kept, and the property is immaculate. Could offer more parking options but other than that, a very good home option for renters
Gate Problems
Lived here for over a year. For most of the time here the gate does not work. If paying to live in a gated community, I'd expect for the gate to actually work and not be open all the time. There also is no gym on the property if that is something that you would be looking for. Parking can be a problem if you live in the front of the property, but towards the back it's not as bad. Otherwise, it's a nice, quiet place to live.
