We are very comfortable here at AP particularly due to the excellent managers and staff. Jess and Misa are alwsys willing to give assistance and advice when needed and make the extra effort to include all the residents in various activities to bring us together. A special thanks to Michael and Adolfo the “fix-it” guys who keep the property in proper running order.

From the beginning of the process, the staff at Avilla made my journey effortless. The application process went smoothly as did move in day! The in person help was amazing and the ability to do all things online is the cherry on top of the sundae! The location is perfect and the property is lovely, clean, and safe.
